Falmouth, MA – Highfield Hall & Gardens announces an unforgettable night of jazz on May 18th, 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM featuring two-time Grammy Award winner pianist, composer and arranger Alan Broadbent, together with the masterful Harvie S on bass and the dynamic Billy Mintz on drums. This intimate performance will showcase Alan’s signature blend of rich harmonies, intricate melodies, and exceptional improvisation, accompanied by two of the finest musicians in jazz.

Broadbent was called “one of the greatest living jazz pianists” by the LA Times and “one of the most original improvisers in the world of jazz” by Charlie Haden. His acclaim includes arranging and conducting for Sir Paul McCartney, Diana Krall, Pat Metheny and Michael Bublé, among other notables. Broadbent has 8 Grammy nominations and 2 Grammy Awards for Best Orchestral Arrangement Accompanying a Vocal, one for Natalie Cole and one for Shirley Horn.
