Nantucket Christmas Stroll Weekend

After being postponed in 2020, the 2021 Christmas Stroll on Nantucket is back to bring Christmas cheer again. December 3-5, 2021 is the date for the 47th annual Christmas Stroll. Nantucket’s Christmas Stroll occurs after Thanksgiving and is a week of holiday shopping. Start planning your trip now!

Local business owners initiated this event in 1973 to prevent islanders from traveling to Cape Cod for holiday shopping.

Everyone enjoys the festive atmosphere along Main Street during this fun-filled event. Carolers sing on the streets, there is a 20-foot tree at the top of Main Street, craft shows, performances, and special dinner offers at local restaurants. Book your reservations early!

Join in Nantucket’s holiday spirit while receiving some great discounts and enjoying food and drink at restaurants and bars. Look out for Santa too!

You don’t want to miss Nantucket Noel’s Christmas Stroll! Downtown Nantucket, Massachusetts, US, will host this dog-friendly event from December 3, 2021, to December 5, 2021.

The first weekend of December, shops will be open late and offering goodies to visitors. Santa will arrive on his nautical “sleigh” at noon on Saturday. There will be holiday activities, such as carolers in Victorian garb, the Magical Talking Tree, craft shows, and a European-style Christmas Marketplace.

The Nantucket Historical Association’s annual Festival of Trees kicks off the Christmas season. The preview party will take place on December 2, 2021.

A preview party will take place at the Whaling Museum, and the display will remain up throughout December. The Nantucket Stroll weekend begins with this Nantucket tradition.

Nantucket Festival of Trees presents community-designed trees created by local artists, groups, kids, local merchants, and nonprofit organizations.

Yuletide Fair

Since 1922, the Nantucket Lighthouse School’s Yuletide Fair has heralded the holiday season. The Yuletide Fair is a beloved community event featuring unique handcrafted holiday items, heirloom-quality gifts, a holiday bake shop, and holiday craft activities for children. We hope to see you there.

Holiday Floral Workshop & Wine with Eibhlin Fern Florals

Christine Burlson, owner of Eibhlin Fern Florals, will lead a wreath-making workshop and wine tasting.

This holiday season, we will introduce four unique wines that are perfect for any gathering. Guests will create their own holiday wreath using New England-grown evergreens and hand-dried accent pieces. A fun and easy wine tasting will follow.

Christmas Concert featuring The Brilliance

On Friday, December 10, The Brilliance will perform a special Christmas concert on Nantucket. This New York City band will get you and your family in the Christmas spirit.

Tickets for adults are $10, and children under the age of 18 are free. If purchasing a ticket would put unnecessary strain on you or your family, we invite you to attend as our guest. Please select the Guest option when registering.

You won’t need a ticket at the door since we’ll have a record of your purchase once you register. Please give us your name when you arrive, and we will check it against our list.

The concert begins at 7:30 pm.
