2. Stephens Field

Stephens Field is a 7-acres facility that features a soccer/softball field, tennis and basketball courts, restroom, parking lot, and picnic areas. It is a safe and beautiful spot for recreational activities as the area is well-maintained. Plus, recently a play structure has been installed near the picnic area for the kids. During the summertime, this field is packed for meetups, picnics, and sports.

Peter Homer Park is a large recreation area with good parking space. There are several playing fields and restrooms, soccer field, and basketball courts. Plus, the good thing is that there is plenty of seating arrangement for spectators. Here you’ll find people playing soccer, doing fitness, kids playing around, and more. The soccer field is well-maintained but make sure you wear your turf shoes to play.

The Johnny A. Kelley Recreation Area is a full-function recreational location in South Dennis, Massachusetts, named after the town’s marathon man, Johnny Kelley. The area features two ball fields, a playground, a picnic area, and tennis courts. The trail is a wide, flat dirt lane around the fields and through a wooded section of the area slated to become a pool and indoor gym facility. The outer trail is just over 0.5 miles long, and the inner cut will give you a north loop of about 0.3 miles and a south loop of about 0.4 miles.
The trail features several fitness course stations and a braille trail, a rope around the perimeter of the trail with descriptive braille signs. The area is a favorite of local walkers from the immediate area, and it is good for cross-country training with several sharp turns. The Johnny Kelley Recreation Area anchors the bike trail along Old Bass River Road and is a great place to park for access to the Dennis Bike Paths.
10. McBarron Recreational Complex

The McBarron Recreational Complex is a park located in Marstons Mills, Massachusetts. The park features a large open field that is great for playing soccer, volleyball, and other recreational activities. The trail features a few fitness course stations and a braille trail, a rope around the perimeter of the trail with descriptive braille signs. The park has two ball fields, a playground, a picnic area, and tennis courts. The Ellen A. McBarron Field is a part of the complex and is situated nearby to the nature reserve Whelan Conservation Area and the church Christ Chapel. The park is a favorite of local walkers from the immediate area, and it is good for cross-country training with a few sharp turns. The McBarron Recreational Complex anchors the bike trail along Old Bass River Road and is a great place to park for access to the Dennis Bike Paths.

The area has two senior league baseball fields, two football/lacrosse fields, one adult softball field, two Little League fields, and two youth softball fields. The area also has six pickleball courts, a pavilion, and a 1.5-mile paved walking trail. The area is open to the public and is a favorite of local walkers from the immediate area. The area is good for cross-country training with several sharp turns. The Town of Plymouth own the area.
