Description : Atlantic White Cedar Extended trail is popular for birding, biking, and hiking. It takes around 43 minutes to complete the trail. Since it's a popular trail, you’ll come across many other people while walking or hiking. However, remember that dogs aren’t allowed here.

Atlantic White Cedar Swamp Trail

Loation : Marconi Site Rd. (Cape Cod National Seashore)

City/Town : Wellfleet

Length : 1.1 miles

Difficulty : Moderate difficulty

Description : The Atlantic White Cedar Swamp Trail passes through a small oak and pine forest into an evergreen forest, and then there is a boardwalk that goes through the magnificent swamp and goes back through the sand road to the starting location. The swamp part of the trail is a boardwalk and there are steep stairs at a few locations.

Description : Cape Cod Rail Trail is a paved bikeway and is a very long one. Though it’s a long trail and takes around 8 hours 28 minutes to complete, it is an easy one and quite enjoyable. The best time to visit the trail is from June through September. You can enjoy walking, road biking, running, and birding here.

Duck Pond, Great Pond and Whitecrest Beach Loop

Description : Duck Pond, Great Pond and Whitecrest Beach Loop is a beautiful trail that gives you an opportunity to view the wildlife in Wellfleet. Since it’s a long route, it takes around 2 hours and 6 minutes to complete. The best time to visit this trail is from May through September. Dogs aren’t allowed on this route so you must leave them at home.

Fresh Brook Loop

Description : Fresh Brook Loop is a family-friendly track and takes around 51 minutes to complete. It is popular for hiking and the best time to visit it is from June through September. However, remember that dogs aren’t allowed on this trail.
