The Pocasset River Marina is in the town of Bourne. There are other Marinas nearby the Pocasset Marina which are Monument beach marina and the Taylor point Marina. There are seventeen ramps available for boats and other sea vehicles. A car parking is also provided for convenience which is adjacent to the slips. Kayaking is popular in the Pocasset River as there are high tides in the afternoon. It is advisable to bring along safety jackets and other items such as snacks. Kayaks for rent are also available at the Cape Cod kayak website which is located on McArthur Road in Pocasset.

74. Popponesset Bay Town Landing

Popponesset Bay Town Landing has a boat ramp made up of asphalt and concrete. The ramp also features a float/dock and is usable at all tides. No fees are charged on the ramp and parking is available for vehicle/trailer combinations. There are around 6 vehicle-only spots in the lot beside the ramp. However, there is no fuel or provisions nearby.

75. Prince Cove Marina

City/Town: Marstons Mills
Location: 235 Cedar Tree Neck Rd, Marstons Mills, MA 02648

Prince Cove Marina features a ramp and a floating dock. To access the ramp, you’ll have to pay $16 per day for vehicle/trailer and $8 per day for vehicle only. You can also purchase the seasonal pass if you plan to go there often. No fuel and provisions are near the ramp.

76. Quanset Pond Ramp

City/Town: Orleans

Quanset Pond Ramp provides access to Pleasant Bay Estuary. It is a paved boat ramp that offers limited parking. The ramp extends into the water and helps the boaters access the water easily.

77. Red Brook Harbor Boat Ramp

Red Brook Harbor boat ramp provides a great access point for fishing. Located in the town of Bourne, the ramp allows you to launch your boat into the beautiful waters of Red Brook Harbor. This is a public boat ramp and is easily accessible to the public.

78. River Road Ramp

City/Town: Orleans
Location: End of River Road, Orleans, MA 02653

River Boat Ramp is made up of concrete and has a float/dock on both sides. The ramp doesn’t charge any fees and provides parking for around 10 vehicles/trailers. However, parking fills easily in summers. There is no fuel and provisions on the ramp, but it is readily available nearby.

79. Rock Harbor Ramp

City/Town: Eastham
Location: End of Dyer Prince Road, Eastham, MA 02642

Rock Harbor Ramp is located on the opposite side of Rock Harbor and provides access to Cape Cod Bay. It is a paved single ramp and has a paved lot for parking for 50+ vehicles/trailers. No fee is charged to access the ramp and no fuel and provisions available on-site.

80. Round Cove Landing

City/Town: Harwich
Location: End of Cove Landing Road, Harwich, MA 02645

There are several boat ramps in the town of Harwich and Round Cove Landing is one of them. The Round Cove boat ramp is for boat trailers only and for vessels with a maximum length of 25 feet. To access the ramp, you must obtain a ramp use permit.

81. Ryders Cove Boatyard

City/Town: North Chatham
Location: 46 Ryder’s Cove Rd, North Chatham, MA 02650

Ryders Cove Boatyard needs a ‘ramp use’ permit from the Harbormaster’s office to access it. There is no on-site parking in the adjacent parking lot and non-resident parking is available along Old Comers Road but is limited.

82. Sandwich Marina

City/Town: Sandwich

Sandwich Marina boat ramp is located Off Freezer Road. The ramp is highly tidal but is clearly marked. There is a large, paved lot which is mostly packed on summer days. The fee to launch and park at the ramp is $10 per day, but there is a seasonal pass available too, for $100.

83. Santuit Pond

City/Town: Mashpee
Location: Timberlane Drive, Mashpee, MA 02649

Santuit Pond Ramp is one of the most fertile ponds on Cape Cod. It provides a great spot for fishing for Chain Pickerel, Largemouth Bass, and Brown Bullhead. It features a gravel ramp which is suitable for cartop boats, light trailered boats, and canoes.

84. Saquatucket Harbor Ramp

City/Town: Harwich

Saquatucket harbor ramp provides one of the largest ramp facilities. It features a single cement ramp with a courtesy float. The ramp is suitable for charter boats, ferries, and head boats. The parking is available for 100 vehicle/trailer combinations and the west side parking is available for 150 spots for vehicle only parking.

85. Scargo Lake Landing Ramp

City/Town: Dennis

Scargo Lake Landing Ramp is suitable for launching canoes and light draft boats. However, there is a 7.5 horsepower limit on outboard motors enforced by the town. The ramp is paved with space for 4 to 6 vehicles.

86. Scudder’s Lane Town Landing

Scudder’s Lane Town Landing is located at Scudder Lane Off Route 6A. The ramp access requires resident only or sticker parking for access in summer. It features a small, paved lot with limited parking and provides easy carry to beach launch. The ramp provides access to the largest harbor and marsh on Cape Cod.

87. Sesuit Harbor Launch East

Sesuit Harbor Launch is on the East Dennis has a large, paved parking area for 50 vehicle/trailer combinations. Parking fees on the east side is available for $8 per day.

88. Sesuit Harbor Launch West

City/Town: East Dennis
Location: 351 Sesuit Neck Road, East Dennis 02660

Sesuit Harbor Launch West is located Off Sesuit Neck Road (west side). The parking is available for around 40 vehicle/trailer combinations and only residents can access it during the summer. The parking fees are $10 per day and fuel provisions are available at Sesuit Harbor Marina on the west side.

89. Shubael Pond

Shubael Pond features a parking lot for around 15 vehicles. The ramp has a small beach adjacent to the left of the boat ramp. The ramp provides access to the Shubael Pond which is a popular fishing spot.

91. Tarpaulin Cove Beach

Tarpaulin Cove Beach is located on the Vineyard Sound side of Naushon island. There is good space for anchoring boats but there are no good facilities available. People often visit this place for fishing and crabbing.

93. Taylor Point Marina

Taylor Point Marina boat ramp is the largest public facility in Buzzards Bay. It features a double ramp with floating docks on both sides. Parking fee is $10 per day for vehicle/trailer, plus a seasonal pass is also available for $200. It is an entirely public ramp and is well-maintained and protected from tide and wind.

94. Uncle Freemans Landing

Uncle Freemans landing is a double ramp made of concrete and has a float/dock. It is located at the end of Uncle Freeman’s Road and provides access to Bass River. Parking is free and is available for 8 vehicle/trailer combinations and there are three vehicle-only spots.

Upper Mill Pond boat ramp is suitable for launching canoes and cartop boats. There are a gravel parking lot nearby which people use for parking. The Upper Mill Pond is a perfect place for fishing yellow perch, brown bullhead, river herring, and more.

96. Waquoit Bay Landing

Waquoit Bay Landing is located at East Falmouth toward Mashpee. There is no parking available on either side of Town landing road. You can park in the lot, but if the lot is full, White’s landing parking is available too.

97. Waquoit Public Landing

Waquoit Bay Landing is an asphalt/concrete ramp that features a float/dock. The ramp is famous among kayakers and anglers who want to access Waquoit. There are no parking fees, but access is restricted to residents. There is an asphalt parking lot that has 11 spots for vehicle/trailer combinations.

98. Wequaquet Lake

City/Town: Centerville

There is a boat ramp in the Wequaquet lake which makes boating a popular activity for the people there. Parking is limited but the good thing is that it’s not too busy. You can launch your boat into the water from this point and hen easily explore the lake.

West Basin Road boat ramp is a paved boat ramp with a small, paved parking area. People often keep their kayaks and paddleboards near the beach. You can use the ramp to unload your car top boat.

West Beach at Naushon island can be accessed by boat. There is no boat ramp here, but you can launch your boat into the water to explore the crystal-clear waters of the beach.

West Falmouth harbor landing features limited vehicle parking at the town dock. The parking lot is a mid-sized gravel parking lot and is free of cost. The boat ramp is made up of concrete and there is a dock (wood/floating) too.

102. Whites Landing or ‘Child’s River Ramp’

Child’s River Ramp is in Falmouth next to Bosun’s Marine Falmouth. The ramp features a very large gravel parking area and has a space for dozens of vehicles/trailers and single vehicles. Plus, there are no fees charged and fuel is available at the adjacent Bosun’s Marine.

103. Wilber Park

Wilber Park boat ramp has a single hard surface ramp that features floats/docks and parking for 14 vehicle/trailer combinations and 6 vehicles. No fees are charged for accessing the ramp or for parking in Yarmouth. No fuel and provisions are available at the ramp, but they are available nearby.
